Approach:
A CENTERED AND HOLISTIC APPROACH TO YOUR MENTAL HEALTH
Your mental health deserves more than symptom management—it deserves a comprehensive, compassionate approach. At Centered Psychiatry, we take an integrative, functional, root-cause approach to mental health care, weaving together evidence-based psychiatric treatments—including psychotherapy and medication management—with lab testing to identify and address nutritional deficiencies, sleep issues, hormone imbalances, and lifestyle-related factors.
We work with individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), insomnia, perimenopause, and menopause.
I also offer tailored parenting support for families navigating ADHD-related challenges, adolescent behavioral issues, or difficult dynamics at home—drawing on my 20 years as an educator and my experience in adolescent care to help families cultivate lasting change and thrive in their unique environments.
Services

Centered Psychiatry offers integrative care tailored to women at every stage of life. We address anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia, and life transition stress, as well as challenges related to perimenopause, postpartum changes, and hormonal shifts. Our goal is to help women feel balanced, resilient, and supported.

EMPOWERING YOU TO HEAL AND GROW
At Centered Psychiatry, we work collaboratively to go beyond symptom management. Using targeted conventional and functional lab work and precision medicine, we uncover the root imbalances affecting your mood, energy, and clarity. I believe mental health is deeply connected to nutritional status, gut health, hormones, and lived experience — and healing starts at the center. Our work is designed to support your journey toward lasting, whole-person wellness.
Meet Rebecca
I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background in education and years of experience working with parents, children, and adolescents. My journey into nursing grew out of that foundation — I went back to school to become a nurse practitioner so I could focus more deeply on mental health.
Today, I work with women, as well as children and adolescents, bringing together evidence-based psychiatry with integrative and holistic approaches. I currently work with adolescents at a partial hospitalization program in a behavioral health clinic specializing in eating disorders, and I also continue to spend summers as a sleepaway camp nurse, deepening my hands-on connection to ongoing care for this population. I’m especially passionate about supporting well-being through nutrition, balance, and creativity, and I strive to help people cultivate resilience and long-term health.

I've been with Rebecca for over a year, and I can't say enough good things! She is so caring, kind, and smart, and she has worked closely with me to find the right medications. My anxiety has been a lifelong struggle, but it's so much better than it's ever been thanks to her!
